Top o’ the mornin’ to ya!
Happy St. Patty’s Day! In celebration of this festive day, I’m sharing my favourite green juice recipe.
Filled with lots of antioxidants, phytochemicals, minerals and vitamins, this juice contains almost a full day’s worth of fruits and veggies. Bottoms up!
St. Patty’s Day Green Juice Recipe
- 2 Cucumbers
- 2 Green Apples
- 6 Stalks of Celery
- Ginger (about the size of the tip of your thumb)
- 1 Lemon (or lime)
- 3 Handfuls of Spinach
- 3 Kale Leaves
- 1/4 of 1 Pineapple
Throw all of the ingredients into the juicer. I like to add in about a cup of water to make the recipe go farther.
